thursday night, a search warrant was executed on a property in the 900 block of west dauphin street. it had been under investigation for months. authorities think this operation may be related to the february 2nd bust on delphi street.
three pit bulls were rescued, one with significant scarring and dog fighting paraphernalia was recovered. one of the dogs is being treated for its injuries.
the suspects haven't been named and the charges are still pending.
