winegar's grandmother found out he was planning to bring these dogs to their small town in north dakota and she immediately started a petition to ban them. patty robbins is concerned for the safety of her 4 great grandsons. she collected 43 signatures in support of the ban turned them into the city hall. that doesn't sound like a lot of signatures but it is 20% of regent's population.
winegar says he will move if the ban passes. 211 - 6 = good
“I’ll be fine but I’m not going to back down. It isn’t going to be any loss to me,” Winegar said.

Nice to see that this Pit Owner keeps his rifles handy.... Maybe this will save the taxpayer a costly first responder visit and subsequent in the line of duty shooting investigation.
I'm guessing the breeder didn't pay a dime of taxes on this transaction...
There's a bottom line here.
He bought these dogs to start an illegal breeding operation breeding fighting dogs.
AND GRANDMA KNOWS IT! AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT!
The townspeople need to contact the IRS and report his illegal business and also the breeder he got his dogs from, because that breeder didn't report that $1800 or any of their pit bull sales income, and they are committing tax fraud

I believe that photo was deliberately staged so the guns would be visible for maximum effect. It says "Don't mess with my weasley little ass cuz I gots guns and pits".
