depending which side of the law you fall on, it is either the best state to be a felon or the worst. cuz all of your criminal business WILL be on the internet :)

this 28 yr old punk was charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty after his "nicked up" pit bull FELONY was found tied up in the woods. the sex offender claimed the dog belonged to his girl friend and he was just watching it. apparently not doing a good job because he blamed neighborhood children for stealing it. yeah, that's ticket!
i wonder how old his girl friend is?
