Shit happens. Dogs are descendants of WILD animals. Every dog has it in them to attack other dogs. I guess we are the morons for trying to make them conform to how we think they should live, and for persecuting them when they act like the wild animals they come from and attack another dog. And heaven forbid a Pit Bull act like a "normal" dog and kill a cat!!! They will be persecuted forever!
It seems a pit bull fan has squirmed in here, trying yet again to tell us that savage-to-fatal aggression is normal in the domestic dog as a species.
In fact, *the* most typifying characteristic of the domestic dog as a species is great reticence about using aggression and great restraint when pushed into doing so. (See: The 100 Silliest Things People Say About Dogs, great book, quite serious despite the title!)
The uncontrolled aggression of the pit bull type dogs (and all the other fighting/baiting breeds) has nothing to do with normal canine behavior. It's a result of human selection for a strongly heritable brain pathology, which makes the pit bull unwilling, but also literally unable to control its aggression once it starts. In a way, it's not fair to call these breeds dogs, since they lack the single most defining characteristic of the domestic dog.
I guess that's why those of us who are dog savvy tend to call them penis-extenders instead.
Only makes me hate pits and their owners that much more. It's true, pits are nothing more than penis extensions for these short dicked f-----s. And the idiot who thinks it is natural for dogs to fight, think again. Compare to a pack of wolves. They DO NOT inflict injuries to other members of the pack because it would hurt the entire pack. They depend on each other. Injuries only occur when the pack leader gets old or hurt from something else. Fighting between themselves is not tolerated. If it were the way the Idiot says, then wolves would have been extinct already. So, no fighting and killing is not natural between canines. It is bred into them by fools.
Are you really that stupid? Wolves fight ALL THE TIME! As do Lions and Tigers, and even domestic cats in the neighborhood. It is natural. Go back and crawl under the rock you have been hiding under because you don't know shit about the real world.
True fighting with the intent to kill is extremely rare within a wolf pack. Wolves rarely kill one of their own. When they do, it is almost always female to female. When food is scarce they will kill wolves outside of their pack. But most of their aggression is posturing. When food is plentiful, separate packs sometimes merge together for hunting. This is one of the most misunderstood animals on the planet. David Mech is the leading authority on wolves, check him out.
I'm willing to bet that more people have been killed by healthy pit bulls in the last 20 years than by healthy timber wolves in the past 100 years. Do some research. There are nearly no recorded incidences of healthy timber wolves attacking humans in N. America.
if these pit people(i dont want to offend crazy people by association)could put a persons psyche in their pitbulls i think they might choose hanibal lecter or jack the ripper or any one of a number of personal heros. how sik would that be?

Stormi King and her ilk are headed for court.
They are going to be held accountable for their collusion with dog fighters and pit bull breeders.
They are being watched and followed.
They are advocates of murder and maiming, and they WILL be held accountable.

Pit bulls are completely unnatural. Put them together on an island and they will become extinct because they kill and eat their social partners.
