Just dogs
We shouldn't be surprised when a pit bull engages in pit bull behavior. Nor should we be surprised when a pit bull engages in dog behavior. What we can do, perhaps, is be reminded that because a pit bull behaves simply like a dog does not mean it will never behave like a pit bull. As an example, my Labrador Retriever presented typical dog behaviors, from sniffing other dogs to rolling on his back for a scratch. He also exhibited many Labrador-specific behaviors, from his predictable fetching and his love of water to his soft mouth. Both made him what he was. In a more realistic world, pit bull owners would recognize their dog's possible pit bull-specific behaviors even as they embrace their pet's dog-specific behaviors. Then there'd be no, "He's never done this before, he's always been such a good dog..." (He still is, except now he's shown that he's also good at being a pit bull)
to listen to most of the people who have these mutants you would think that theres no difference between a beagle and a pitbull. but really when you see these pitbull owners its pretty obvious why they have chosen their particular breed and its not all about their loyalty, love of kids , sweetness to everyone including the neighbours chihuahua or whatever. all lies and pitbull shit . if these pit dogs really were the duds that these pitters would have us believe they are , well the fucking pitters would trade them in for something real.
Snark, it's interesting that as someone's approval of owning a gun for protection rises that their disdain for weapon dogs rises as well. That's pattern I see at least.
sure, some pitters just want protection , as stupid as that is to choose a mutant rather than a shepard or some other guarding breed. sadly though, most pitters just relate to the pitbull image and thats really what drives them to aquire their idiotic mutants. rather than getting the pitbull i would suggest counseling , self-image improvement or perhaps some form of penile enhancement.
maybe the screaming of a pitbulls prey should be required listening for wannabe pitters , wimpy fence sitters and do-gooder pit rescue types. if u have a pitbull and enjoyed "silence of the lambs" maybe u shouldnt listen to screaming pariah dogs .....u might like it too much.
I'm more scared of the owners. Imagine if that was your white dog and you began trying to kill that shit bull. The owner of the shit bull would interfere, try to hurt you, etc. Guns for the pits, pepper spray for their owners.
labrador retrievers NEVER exhibit the behavior of the dark colored dog in this video, unless of course they are "lab/boxer" mixes ;-)
ReplyDeleteGiven the smirk on this particular pit bull owner's face, his dog HAS done this before and he has no particular problem with it.
