dine and dash nutter is a chicago cop: MATTHEW J BRACKEN

BUMP!

the puke has been named: MATTHEW J. BRACKEN and sued.

“Why are you punching my fucking dog?

(originally published 4.18.12)

a cop and most likely a card carrying member of ledy's nutter society.

officer dine and dash has not been named but media reports that he is a 5 yr veteran of the chicago police department. he has been suspended pending the investigation. officer dine and dash has been ticketed for violating the law that requires notification of the attack within 24 hours.

“This is unbelievable. All this time police have been helping me search for a police officer? Someone who showed no remorse at all, broke the law, refused to ID himself to a park full of witnesses, then lied to a 12-year-old child that he would come to the vet to see about her dying dog? This was someone charged with serving and protecting?”

“I can’t tell you how this has been weighing on me, and on Fayla, who witnessed her dog practically being eaten,” said Fisher. “This is a man protecting our streets. Instead of acting like a cop and taking charge, he cowered out like a sissy girl and ran away. I expect justice to be served by the Chicago Police Department. I expect them to make one of their own follow the law and pay this bill he incurred when his pit killed my puppy, and I expect them to make him give my daughter and I an apology.”

the city of chicago is among the most corrupt in the united states. i am not holding my breath for justice. just my opinion.

  9. How many times have I said employers can avoid an array of problems and personality disorders by not hiring pit bull owners? Pit bull ownership is a symptom of greater psychological issues. Pit bull ownership is indicative of bad decision making. Pit bull owners tend to have little integrity. Despite any appearance that indicates otherwise, the predictive quality of this single element is exquisite.

This cowardly pig should have never been an officer, but that’s Chicago, if not Illinois in general. (Four of Illinois’ most recent governors have gone to prison!) I don’t see how they could possibly maintain this shitbag in an LE position with this kind of infamy. How would he ever have credibility in court when a criminal defense lawyer can so easily demonstrate his lack of moral character? This is yet another pit bull owner chopping off his own dick. Classic. Love it. Congratulations to yet another pit bull owning asshole.

Hahahaha! No question a lot of cops have great instincts. I bet a lot of people want to draw down on you. And your ownership of a pit bull helps this how?

  11. actually ,i dont take my real dogs to the the mutant park, just as i wouldnt lower my grandmother into a pit full of vipers . i know that mutant lovers say our non mutant dogs need socialization, but i would rather my dog be a tad rude and snarky like i am ,than be ripped in half bt two fucking hounds from hell. i know also that pitters dont like little old ladies picking up their tea cup poodles. they'd rather see them get slaughtered. of course.

i was just saying that pitters like to stand up for their mutants and when something happens they always have some creepy way of looking at what theyve done .
ie : safetys everyones responsibility. in other words .....dont come into the fucking dog park with your non mutant.

  13. not really seen this sub-type of pitter before, he must belong to a some fringe mutant counter- culture. im familiar with the dingbat and the skank pitter and the hideous body-mod pitter, but never the law-enforcement pitter type . maybe hes k9 and is seeking more violence and scarlet chaos than you can get with a shepard ? i love shepards myself , but im sure they have their limitations if want pure and unadulterated violence . after all they are all-purpose farm and service dogs pressed into usage as attack dogs. maybe the flat-foot just couldnt reach his regular high with prince anymore and had to upgrade to hannibal.

  14. I am not surprised. A lot of dudes have to make themselves feel hypermasculine, police work and pit bulls are both ways to accomplish that.

  15. Dude @ 8:16: loved your comment!

I'm with Skeptifem. I have beloved relatives who are (or were) police. It's a paramilitary org, and it attracts individuals (typically!!! always exceptions!) who are 1) willing and even eager to violate a person's boundaries; 2) lack fearfullness; 3) are capable of controlled aggression whenever necessary.

The police perform a crucial function in society. Crucial.

That the profession attracts SOME individuals who are dysfunctionally hostile and violent--as evidenced by this huge asshole of a pit bull owner...? No shock at all. He ain't s barber or machinist.

I know I'm purveying the obvious here.

he's not a huge asshole of a pitbull owner. perhaps hes a huge asshole and he is a pitbull owner but as a pitbull owner hes probably not so bad , he just did what any other irresponsible pitter would have done. i like to be fair in categorizing such people.

  19. whose fault it would have been? you must mean if your foster mutant had locked onto the boxer and you had just stood there stunned and scared? obtw since you claim to have such an unblemished record re mutant attacks , how the fuck do u know so much? like, if your "foster" turned pitbullistic how the fuck do you know what you would be able to do ? i doubt very much that when a mutant turns on , a command and a touch on the shoulder does anything at all. all i can say is maybe your foster pit is a dud or perhaps having his nuts off turned him into a pussy.

  20. pit nutter, did you notice that no one cares about your empty life and your silly stories? You sound like a teenage girl. You are on the road to nowhere fast, and your stupidity and arrogance is going to ruin your life, because you worship fightingdogs like some kind of bizarre religion.

As for Chicago, it is time for a lawsuit. Has his name been revealed? There should be a public information demand, because he is a danger to the community, but of course if the woman sues him, which she should to make sure he has a paper trail for future problems, that will be revealed. She should NOT just accept an apology and paid bill. If she doesn't, he will only do it again, and next time a child will die. She needs to file a lawsuit and his insurance company needs to be contacted.

And what about the dog? Has this dog already been foisted off onto a new criminal? Is it already killing again?

    ReplyDelete
  21. The biggest mistake victims make is when they don't file a lawsuit. Just have to do it. There needs to be docum, entatyion and a paper trail, or the deaths go on.

These criminals will beg people not to file lawsuits, so they can escape responsibility and do it agaion. Don't cater to them. File it!

    ReplyDelete
  22. pitters usually dont have much to lose , they plead poverty and ignorance and spew lies they probably get off the web and manipulate the system like any other self-respecting criminal. a lot of our judges are suckers for a sob story , where i live anyway .

    ReplyDelete
  23. I read comments by the dog park witnesses.

    These people are INSANE.

This guy has been bringing this vicious dog to these parks and letting it act aggressively and go after other dogs and NO ONE DID ANYTHING.

    What is wrong with people?

This should have been video, filed police and city reports, tracing him to his address LONG AGO and that little dog would still be alive.

As long as other people let people like this behave this way, the deaths will continue.

It is a miracle that a child hasn't been killed.

If that had happened, the people at the dog parks that have been letting him behave this way would have shared the blame.

    ZERO TOLERANCE.

    ReplyDelete
  24. yea , but pitters always want you to believe they are like the smiling cesar dogman and that their mutants are ambassador mutants . lol

    ReplyDelete
  25. "pitters usually dont have much to lose "

    Yes they do snarky.

It doesn't matter if they plead poverty or not. The lawyer digs into their entire background and digs up EVERYTHING about them.

Homeowner's insurance, landlords get sued, and liens on salaries as well as confiscation of property, including land, personal property, etc.
The city and animal control can also be sued, and is, and is losing/settling, particularly when there have been previous complaints (which is why it is necessary to always file formal complaints with every authority in town, and even the county DA, when there is a dog incident)

YES, most people have a lot to lose, or their landlords or cities/towns do,. and they are indeed losing it (which pit nutter doesn't seem to understand)
Even if they don't, it creates a paper trail that prevents future deaths. Documented public record.

Judges are holding these people accountable because judges now know that if they let them off easy, the future murdered child will come back to haunt the judge.

    ReplyDelete
  26. pit nutter, you do realize that when there is an incident with one of your fosters, your pit "rescue" dealer is going to throw you under the bus and blame YOU? That is what they do.

These rescues use girl brains like you as tools. You take on the liability for them.

Your place of employment is also going to be none too happy when your name shows up in a dog incident article.

You are letting dog dealers ruin your life. They get the attention and the money, you take the fall. That's what "foster care" is all about. If you are lonely, make some changes in your life. Don't just join a cult that uses you as a fool.

  31. Pit Nutter, make universal statements that cannot be true makes you look stupid.

    You said...

"No dog I under my control would ever attack another dog such that the other sustained serious injury. "

You simply can't say something like this with certainty. I own a 30 lbs sweet mutt, and I can't say this with certainty. If your dogs are ever around other dogs, this can happen. If you have more than one and they are ever together, this could happen.

  41. why did you choose nickle city pits? not a lot of info there, so here's my thoughts based on the photos... semi hippo type pits, full sleeve tat, posing spread eagle bent at the waist with mutant between his legs dogman style. he's a poser.

for the most part, you seem like a fairly reasonable dog and pit owner. this is just a suggestion, don't get too comfortable with the idea that a tap on the shoulder is all you need to control your pit. you can't let guard down and buy into the "it's all you how raise 'em" propaganda.
and you really MIGHT stick around and you might just think that you'd stick around if your mutant attacked but when push comes to shove and you face the possibility of a lot of vet bills, criminal charges that could result in the hassle of muzzling and expense of dangerous dog licensing and insuring or losing your mutant, there is a good chance that you will panic and dash too. i can't remember the last time a pit nutter did the right thing after an attack. in my mind, the odds are against you that you will do the right thing.
does anybody have a link to a pit nutter doing the right thing?

  42. Pitter, If I had not lived the scenario that Snarky describes, I might accept your statements as true. BUT, I have been there and done that. Almost every pit bull owner states "most people can't handle a pit bull but since I'm special and have special skills, my pit bull will never hurt anybody." And this is a happy situation until your pit bull does hurt someone. At this point the pitter choices are deny the attack, blame the victim, or deny financial responsibility. The high minded decision to "rescue" has cost some citizen peace of mind, caused a huge medical bill to be generated, caused permanent and/or disabling injury,or the citizen's pet or livestock is dead or requires hundreds or thousands of dollars in treatment. Please understand that we love our children and elders, and we love our pets as much as you love your pits. This citizen will see the attack every time he closes his eyes. This scenario plays out over and over, all over America, every day. I'm glad that you feel special but I hope that as a "responsible pit bull owner", you carry insurance. Victims just HATE paying the bills for their own attacks. Do you carry insurance on your dogs?

BTW, I did not allow myself to be a victim of pit bull advocacy. I sued and was compensated.

    ReplyDelete
  43. its way too easy for pitters to not really accept responsibility. they have already convinced themselves in advance . " the little dog needed to be taught some manners and my dog just got carried away a bit". or... "why do these crazy people even bring their wimpy dogs to the dog park?" or "the other dog wasnt on a leash and came up to my brutus and tried to pick a fight " or one of my personal faves.... "my dog never starts a fight but he always will finish it" and i quess the list is as long as there are excuses for anything else. anyone can come up with excuses but few pitters or people can admit when they are wrong.

  45. the beauty of owning a normal dog is that unless its got a screw loose it will never do more than scrap a bit . storm in a tea cup sort of thing. dogs like normal people should have inhibition against real violence but some dogs depending on their breed and nature dont seem to have much or any inhibition for violence. if your child wants to really kill its playmates then you have a problem , not an awesome kid. this way of thinking somehow has escaped the pitter-culture .

    ReplyDelete
  46. "it all depends on the state of the dog, if it can be called off theres nothing wrong with that game"

well whats wrong with that game is you are allowing it to become the gripper mutant it was bred to be . when u are not around, especially ,its going to want to do the thing you allowed (taught) it to do so if it escapes or youre dumb enuf to leave it with your monster in law or whoever, its going to do its charming thing....bone-head.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Good dog owners don't take dogs purpose bred for DA to off leash dog parks. Period.

You are an irresponsible dog owner and eventually someone else and their dog, as well as the dogs in your care, will pay the price for your magical thinking.

    ReplyDelete
  48. PN said...

"These are all very true but all things responsible mutant owners need to deal with. I am fully aware that if another dog start a fight my dog will finish it and blamed."

Sorta like how the law frowns up Person A beating Person B to death because Person B pushed Person A or threw a punch. If a non-mutant lunges at a mutant, the mutant is not all clear to kill that dog. Nutters usually disagree on this point though.

    ReplyDelete
  49. he claims theres never been any blood shed and yet he says he knows his dog will finish a fight. like the dingbat who says... "my big boy is so sweet and he will defend me with his life...." the truth will always out ....lol

okay , i'll admit i was trolling u a bit on the nice chicago copper , but it did get u to reveal a bit about your own pitterine thought patterns and possible actions in real life.

obtw: did u really want feedback on getting yourself a mutant ? methinks you were trolling us a bit but it didnt really have the reaction you were wanting eh?

    ReplyDelete
  51. Absolutely agree with Jim, you don't take a pit (or any genetically DA dog) to a dog park if you understand or care what your dog can do. PN doesn't use a break stick either, so I'm not sure what he (she? can't remember which) thinks he'll do if his dog actually latches onto another dog (or person). Has he never seen the videos of 6 grown men with sticks, bats, pipes, and heavy boots trying to dislodge a pit from another dog or person(not even thinking about a specific video here, there are dozens available to view)? How about any of the hundreds of videos of pits pulling 800, even 1200, pounds in weightpull competitions? These dogs can't be dissuaded by one single human being weighing in around (I'm guessing) 200lb. Not a chance unless that person is carrying a gun. Is PN prepared to shoot his dog if it attacks? Doubt it. This is the magical thinking that nutters engage in - they ALL think that they are the one person truly capable of "handling" a pit. And, of course, when the attack occurs they are completely and utterly helpless to stop it. Which leaves whatever dog or human their dog has locked onto suffering and fighting for its life until the dog has been beaten and kicked enough that it is knocked unconscious, or more likely until the police arrive to shoot it. I could never put other people or their animals in that kind of jeopardy and I don't understand, and never will, the kind of person one has to be to do so.

  55. I'm a pitiful nutbag, you're the ultimate pit whisperer. I must've struck a chord somewhere, either in the magical thinking area or you actually are a 200lb woman. Whatever.

You have no magical abilities which will allow you to control your dog, you're just an idiot carrying a stick of dynamite that may or may not go off. But let me guess, you truly believe that if YOU had been at that dogpark with that fat cop's pit (what is it with fat and pit that go so beautifully together?) it would never have attacked that small dog, right? YOU could have touched it and it would have backed right off? Or just used your magic voice? If only it were only people like YOU that owned pits we'd all be safe from them...

    ReplyDelete
  56. ...the problem with that thought process is that it is shared by EVERY SINGLE PIT OWNER OUT THERE. Do you really think you are the first nutter that has posted here telling us that there is no way his/her dog would ever harm someone/something because he/she is in "total control". You can "tell a fight is going to happen before it happens" - and you were serious when you typed this? And I'm the mental midget? You're insane. These dogs were bred to hide behavioural clues, over and over and over again owners just like you stutter, "but he didn't give any warning, but he's never done that before, but I didn't see it coming...". You are not special. You are not psychically in touch with your dog. You have no greater ability to control your pit than fat cop. That is the truth and the truth is hard to hear.

  59. The only pits that never turn and attack another dog are the ones never presented with the opportunity because their owners are just smart enough to properly manage their dogs.

Even the most carefully raised pit pup will become DA because that is what they have been genetically selected for. Science, especially genetics, is not a pit nutters bestie.

You, PN, are a moron and someone will pay the price for your stupidity. I can only hope you are a Darwin case.

  60. This honestly does not surprise me. I have several personal friends that are police officers and all of them are exceptionally good people, but there are far too many of them who got picked on in high school, decided to become cops, and are generally not nice people. I live 2 counties over from Prince George's County, and their police dept has a LONG documented history of corruption. I remember one incident in college where myself and my DH witnessed a cruiser back into a parked car, causing damage to the other car's quarter panel. As the cop got out of the car, he noticed that we had seen the whole thing, approached us with his knightstick out and said, "You didn't see anything, did you?" We said no and left quickly. Luckily my DH had seen and remembered the plate number and he called it in anonymously. Then there was an incident a few years ago after a UMD basketball game where 3 PG county police officers beat a kid unconcious that was just minding his business walking down the street. He was charged with assulting an officer. Another student had gotten video of the whole thing and sent it to the media which exposed the lies. Those officers were put on admin leave but got their jobs back. I think that kid probably got a nice settlement from the county. This is the height of irresponsible ownership, and I don't understand how he allowed his dog to get close enough to the other dog to allow this to happen. Maybe he wanted it to happen, which wouldn't surprise me either.

  63. Miss Margo,

I'll agree, his actions before, during, and after are huge violations of public trust. I'd hope they fire him and he should never be in a position that requires integrity.

From what I've read, he's let his pit bull harass other dogs with the famous, "They'll sort it out" excuse. When his pit bull finally does kill something, he becomes belligerent and lies to the victims. Then there's his masterful cover up. There's truly no way to fix this level of ignorance and deception.

Not sure how he thought he would get away, so many people witnessed his pit bull kill the other dog.

He barely qualifies to hand out paper bags of food at a drive-thru let alone a police officer with a gun.
