That is excellent. Short, consise and drives down the point that nutters try to deny: pitbulls are just not safe. Shit, just read more about the Stockton death and found out it was an innocent person and not the shitbull's owner. This story stinks to high heaven. He didnt know her, he did know her, he won't say why she was there, says she jumped a fence looking for work - at 8pm. Sure buddy. I hope the landlord gets his ass sued and CA gets a nice ruling like Solesky. Pitbulls are inherently dangerous.

And if you read right...the neighbors said that the lady jumped the fence. I hate to say but. Russia was a guard dog. Thats what they do. they attack when someone trespasses onto their property. The lady died from head trauma...when someone was hitting the dog with a bat, accidently hit the lady in the head. thats how she died. pay attention since your so concerned about this case
