They knowingly and purposefully take in dogs with temperament issues and even bite histories. There have been multiple cases of them sending dogs to foster or adoptive homes, only for the dogs to aggress at the adopters or their other pets. They will not take responsibility for harm caused."
Kim Singer, who is running that Diamond Cut Loyalty pit business with Ronnie Lucero, was a news anchor for Fox KPTV news in Portland Oregon.
So you can see how she gets her former employer and friends at KPTV to do free advertising for her pit business, which they have over and over again, as well as refusing to report on problems with her business and attacks by her dogs.
KPTV is colluding with this. I hope people, especially victims, can see how a corrupted media is in business with this, their own employees and people are running these pit businesses and controlling news reports.
Some people have special rights and access to the media that most people don't have, especially the victims, and some of them are running pit businesses and getting people attacked

So she hooked up with this Ronnie Lucero who lives in a small apartment in a lower income town in Clackamas County Oregon, and the dogs get laundered through there and prey on the community.
She has a lot of money, but they are on Facebook begging for money from teenagers and people who have no idea what is really going on.
Kim is connected politically in Oregon and through the media and the connected get rights that other people don't have.
