  1. If you own pit bulls and you're sipping coffee at the kitchen table on a lazy Sunday morning when you suddenly hear a string of gun shots in the neighborhood, is your first thought, "Ut-oh, I think my dogs might have gotten out?"

    It should be.

  2. AMEN, SISTER JAMES, AND I'D LIKE TO TESTIFY BEFORE OUR HIGHER BEING, OR WHATEVER, THAT PIT BULL #5 NEXT DOOR TO ME LOOKS JUST LIKE THESE SWEET NANNY DOGS THAT ARE LICKING THIS WOMAN, AND I JUST KNOW THAT IF IT EVER GOT OUT OF THAT 4-5 FOOT FENCE, THE RESPONSIBLE OWNERS COULD CONTROL IT JUST LIKE THESE SWEET BABIES ARE BEING CONTROL. I'VE NEVER HEARD A SWEETER SOUND THAN THE POP, POP, POP, OF THAT GUN....PRAISE GOD...WHOEVER SHE IS !!!!

  4. Wow, the only thing worse than the dogs was the lackadaisical effort to contain the dogs/stop the attack. Those women grabbing seemed to let go at even the slightest pull. Even if someone had the upper body strength of a toddler, a valiant struggle just doesn't look like that. Also, all the people driving by and no one had an object in the car suitable for killing the dogs? I suppose you can't blame them. In my state, to legally carry a hammer or baseball bat, you must have a cover story and have those items with other carpentry/sport gear.

  5. i found this pit shooting on the confessions of pit bull victims blog.
    with stories like that, who wants the trouble that comes with helping strangers?

  6. Amen and hallelujah Sister Decatur!

    I keep the auto theft prevention device called "The Club" in my car and use it for that purpose. For those who have never handled this item, it comes apart in two fairly equal halves. Each of those halves would be VERY useful as a club. No cover story required.

  7. This is one instance where a good beating of a pit bull dog would have saved its life. Those people pretty much let their pits maul that lady. The cop came up and shot the attacking pit bull, respect.

    Had they made a legitimate effort to get the pits off that lady, the pit would still be alive but I'm glad at least one of them was put down on the spot.

    Yeah orangedog, those pits were really enjoying mauling that lady.

  9. All rise to sing Hymn number 666 POWER IN THE BLOOD

    Would you be free from the burden of getting involved?
    There’s power in the blood, power in the blood;
    Or "let someone else" or the police instead be your resolve?
    There’s wonderful power in the blood.

    Refrain

    There is power, power, wonder working power
    In the blood that was shed;
    But there's power, wonder working power
    Bang! Bang! Bang! went the gun that shot the doggies dead.

    Would you be free from your passion and pride?
    There’s power in the blood, power in the blood;
    Will it take the blood of some other being to stain the pit bull's hide;
    There’s wonderful power in the blood.

    Refrain

    Are those Dogos and not pit bulls, being much whiter than snow?
    There’s power in the blood, power in the blood;
    All the same... get a hose out to wash where the blood did flow.
    There’s wonderful power in the blood.

    Refrain

    Would you be brave enough to come to this poor woman's aide?
    There’s power in the blood, power in the blood;
    Or would you not involve yourself, due to libel's shade?
    There’s wonderful power in the blood.

    Refrain

  10. yep, OD, tails awaggin' relaxed bodies, they are having a fucking ball. They are Lovin' their mauling times.

    Ledy vankavage doesn't mention the happy relaxed,but excited maulings that pit bulls do in her police instructional manual on when not to shoot pit bulls. What about those good time lovin' ,happy-to-maul-you pit bulls, Ledy? What do you have to offer for those maulings? When wiggle butt approaches all happy-tails-a-waggin-wanting-to-maul, can po po take that shot?

  11. " tails awaggin'"

    Very special nutter will then say "you know nothing about dogs, sometimes a wagging tail can mean extreme agitation".

    Yeah, SOMETIMES, nutters. They make a living out of knowing just enough to always square a circle.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hahaha, a wagging tail on a dog does mean some kind of arousal...and we all know that any kind of arousal is (to a pit) a great reason to attack.

  20. Sputnik,

    That youtube video was taken down. The pit nutters must have cried and they weren't even pit bulls but another molossner breed. To me, they looked like big pit bulls.

    Genetically, when it looks like a pit bull, it may very well at like a pit bull. The Silver Fox Experiment noted that when they began to breed out the human aggressive/fearful foxes, the physical characteristics of the future generations began to change so they no longer looked like the original Silver Fox.

    But yeah, it's all in how you raise them. LOLOL!

    Just read this, I must say I am surprised. I thought for sure this guy would be charged and go to jail.

    ReplyDelete
  22. i thought there were conditions like a $1000 fine and no charges IF he stays out of trouble for 2 years. they will return his legally purchased firearms and ammo when he moves, which i am sure can not be soon enough.

    if i was the parent of that kid, i would pay him $1000 for saving my kid so he wouldn't have any out of pocket expense.

    it's true, no good deed goes unpunished.
