Jeff really nails it. The problem is not with identifying, it's with the lobbyists.
ReplyDeleteThe only people that have a difficult time identifying pit bulls, are nutters themselves. They play change the breed when it suits them. Which means, when they're trying to rent where pit bulls are not allowed, or they work for a shelter and are trying to get maulers adopted out, or they have a "service" pit bull, or no DNA test is available, or a pit bull has mauled someone to death.
