I, the Participant, voluntarily sign this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in favor of Found Chicago, its employees and volunteers, in consideration for the opportunity to participate in Found Chicago’s pit bull training classes. I understand that there are certain risks and dangers associated with the pit bull training classes, including but not limited to dog bites and all associated risks, harm caused to Participant’s dog by another participant’s dog, and any use of the dog training equipment and dog training facility. I fully understand these risks and dangers. I fully assume the risks involved as acceptable to me, and I agree to use my best judgment in undertaking these pit bull training classes and to follow the rules and safety instructions as given by Found Chicago employees and volunteers. I waive and release Found Chicago, its employees and volunteers from any claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from my participation in the pit bull training classes and use of the dog training equipment and dog training facility.
