of course i published her comment immediately and accepted her challenge. i continually checked for her reply, eagerly awaiting her public thrashing. hours went by, then days and LISA MARIE CAMUSO, dog trainer extraordinaire and hot shot "legislative director" and co-author to the pit bull stars was a no show. :-(

so i looked for her.

i found her barren facebook page. her profile pic consisted of her dedication to the party of truth and a couple of comments, there were no photos, friend list, likes, nothing to substantiate her grandiose claims.

i don't think i have ever encountered such hubris in a nutter before. color me intrigued and disappointed. since LISA MARIE CAMUSO didn't return to put me in place and since massachusetts is of special interest to me and since i had an hour to kill... google to the rescue.

there is no way to prove or to disprove that she has over 20 years experience as a bully breed owner, she is 50 years old, so it is at least a possibility, unlike some of these 22 year old dog groomers who claim to have 20 years experience as vet tech, breeders and dog trainers.

i didn't find anything to demonstrate LISA'S superior knowledge of dog bites and since she didn't return to educate me, i will assume that her special knowledge is simply a regurgitation of KAREN DELISE'S schtick: intact resident dogs that no one can identify, yadda, yadda, yadda.

i was able to glean LISA MARIE CAMUSO'S skill level as dog trainer/behaviorist though, thanks to an old PBF thread.

as to her claim of co-author of dangerous dog laws, i suspect there is quite a bit of exaggeration there. LISA MARIE CAMUSO did appear to be the legislative liaison for the american working dog federation but according to the 2008 minutes, her involvement might have consisted only of attending meetings and hearings. i have yet to find her named as an author. LISA MARIE CAMUSO may have had some success imposing her unfettered dangerous dog agenda on our greedy, spineless, weak kneed, lily-livered, chicken-hearted, yellow-bellied elected officials. the unfortunate reality of american politics is that the special interest groups are running show thanks to the greedy, spineless, weak kneed, lily-livered, chicken-hearted, yellow-bellied fucktards that we elect to office. no reason why the lobbyists for dangerous dogs should not enjoy the same privileges as monsanto and the predatory banks. money talks. i found plenty of examples of LISA MARIE CAMUSO acting as conduit to the rest of nutterdom whenever BSL was being considered.

think i am being to hard on politicians? check out the council minutes from methuen, mass in 2006. during a public discussion on muzzling PIT BULLS in the city, a couple of nutter sisters showed up to protest muzzles, as did LISA CAMUSO of franklin and HOLLY STUMP of ipswich (another professional pit bull lobbyist), and some nutter by the name of BONNIE. the city did not require BONNIE to state her full name or full address but happily indulged her fanaticism.

my google search of LISA MARIE CAMUSO shed more light on her character than the specialized skill set she boasted of.

I agree and say this in no way is for hunting dogs...like said my lab is a retriever. The dogs listed are banned in alot of places around the U.S. Presa Canarios are pit bulls on steriods, Dogo Argentinos are pretty vicious too, as the others can be. I know most are used as guard dogs mostly. I know people that have a few of the listed breeds.

There's a HUGE difference between a pit bull and a lab and it looks like they have failed to acknowledge that. Sounds like you guys have some Psycho's up there in Da Ville.

last wednesday, a 27 year old female loaded up her 3 year old son and her 5 year old daughter in her toyota mini van and headed for SECOND CHANCE RESCUE in bunnell florida for her volunteer shift. she left her children in the van with the windows down and went inside to perform her duties. it is unclear how long her children were left in the mini van but at some point, one of the shelter dogs named RUCKUS broke out of his kennel and escaped outside where he jumped through the open window of the mini van and attacked her son. the 27 year old volunteer pried the dog off of her son's head and took him back to his kennel where he escaped again. RUCKUS returned to the toyota mini van and attacked her daughter. the 27 year old volunteer described the attacking dog as a "pit".

the above account is taken from the witness statement in the police report. the rescue has its own version which they uploaded to their facebook page in an effort to set the record straight, ie damage control of pibble's image. by the end of the day, they thought it might be wise to delete it, who knows why, legal reasons, hateful attention from many, including yours truly.

For those of you who just saw the news about the dog attack, we would like for you to know exactly what happened because we all know damn well that all the media cares about is a juicy story that exploits people. We have had 100's of supporters contact channel 2 to help us in our times of need, and they dont even return a call, however, something like this happens, and reporters are everywhere trying to get this on the news. A week ago, a homeless man showed up out our gate with a LAB BOXER mix and he was losing his car that he has lived in with the dog. He had gone to the Humane Society and could not afford the $150 drop off fee, so like everyone else, they show up at our rescue and either throw the dog over the fence or beg us to take the dog. The dog was friendly and vetted so we agreed to take it. Last night, one of our volunteers and her children were there, and she was letting him out to potty like she has all week and he bit them. He did NOT break out of his cage like the news said. We are doing everything we can to help her and her family. She is very upset, one because her and her child got hurt, and 2, that the news wants to exploit her family. Everyone is ok. This is not to say that it is not a big deal, because we value our volunteers so much and will do whatever we can for them. The fact is though, that if these Humane Societies were not charging a drop off fee, we would not be known as the dumping ground for unwanted animals. People use to not want to drop their pets off there because they did not want them to die and now they dont because they can't afford it. If so many backyard breeders did not get away with breeding and breeding and breeding, there would not be so many dogs born with their wires crossed liked this one. DOGS DO NOT ATTACK FOR NO REASON. This dog HAD to have has something chemically wrong with him to do what he did. The dog will now be euthanized. Once again, not the dogs fault. What kind of life did this dog have living in a car with a homeless man? What was his life like before this? No one knows, but the media just wants to say PIT BULL attack, when it was NOT even a pit bull. Our heart breaks for the mother and child that was involved. However, she knows that when you are at a rescue, with dogs that have been abused and dumped, you can't assume 100% safety at all times.

SECOND CHANCE RESCUE volunteer transporter CHRISTOPHER VEGAN-MURPHY copied and pasted the rescue's official statement on his facebook page. he puts forth the ole perfect storm excuse while his friends railed against the evil media for sensationalizing the attack.

meanwhile, flagler live picked up the story and that's where things really got interesting. rather than paraphrase the lies and denials, i'll just copy and paste two paragraphs.

Second Chance Rescue disputes that the dog is a pit bull, calling it a mixed labrador instead. Amy Carotenuto, director of the Flagler Humane Society, where the dog is being quarantined for 10 days before it is euthanized, said that absent a birth certificate–which the dog does not have–it is impossible to say precisely what sort of dog it is. “I bet there’s not a pure-bred bone in him,” Carotenuto said. “Some people might say he is a pit bull,” she said, because of his 40-pound frame and appearance, but “whatever he is, he is a lot of different breeds.”

Carotenuto stressed: “The issue is the same no matter what breed he is. He is a 40-some pound dog that put some hurt on some kids.”

of course, i had to find out who is in charge at SECOND CHANCE RESCUE. the head honcho is pit bull owner DEBI ROOT. i think it is safe to assume that any statements made to the press are coming from PRESIDENT ROOT.

flagler humane society has custody of the attacker and director AMY CAROTENUTO is just a little too aggressive in minimizing the pit bull aspect and deflecting blame. i decided that she warranted further investigation as well.

and what a surprise... ANOTHER pit bull owner!

so, here is what we know. we have a "dog" that breaks containment TWICE. jumps through an open car window to attack once, then through the open door to attack a second time and sends 3 people to the hospital. we have two women, both pit bull owners, one who is clearly a zealot and incapable of being objective on the topic, insisting the attacker is not a pit bull. seriously, what are the odds that ROOT and CAROTENUTO are telling the truth?

another piece of the puzzle was put in place when a photo of the accused was released.

okay, even though you and i knew this would be a pit bull just based on the attack style, this is not the most conclusive photo ever taken. there is the remote possibility that these two women who own 10 pit bulls between them and work with dogs for a living, could have BOTH honestly misidentified RUCKUS as lab boxer mix. or SECOND CHANCE RESCUE could have taken the word of the homeless man when surrendered RUCKUS that he was a lab boxer mix. possible but not probable. we still require definitive proof before we can absolutely state that beyond a shadow of a doubt ROOT and CAROTENUTO are lying.

CARLA has been active on both her personal facebook page and the page she set up for BOOM, the mutant dressed in chicks and bunnies below, the same mutant who attacks other dogs at events, without provocation or warning. CARLA has been trying to help a teacher out with a school project. the teacher is attempting to show her junior high students just how fast a photo can be shared on the internet. ISYN! for the time lapse photography equivalent of the project, CARLA should have had the teacher hold up this photo of a tricked out BOOM.

CARLA'S friend list is an impressive who's who of dog fighting and pit bull advocacy. it reinforces the old adage Birds of Feather; emily patrick, ed faron, murph mcadams, allie renar, dahlia canes and more than a few names that i recognized as crazed fur mommies but the one name that really stood out - LEDY VANKAVAGE. LEDY once again living up to her reputation on google as being associated with HARMING dogs, not helping them.

i received an email from someone who has experience with CARLA ANN THOMAS and her dogs.

Dear Craven,

It's a small world. I knew Carla Ann Thomas. These charges of animal cruelty are shocking as she does present herself as utterly dedicated to her dogs but looks apparently are deceiving.

In 2011, I attended the same K9 club as Carla Ann Thomas.  One day, during flyball practice her pit bull dog, Boom, just completed a flyball run and then attacked another dog. It was instantaneous and unprovoked.  Everyone saw everything.  Boom's victim had finished the run before Boom.  At the end of Boom's run, he spotted another dog.  The other dog was looking down sniffing something on the floor, minding its own business.

Boom had grabbed the other dog's paw and basically crushed it.  The poor dog yelped but Carla was fast.  The fascinating thing about it was the she grabbed her dog by the loose skin on the nape of the neck and at the same time, she grabbed him by the loose skin of the rear of the dog.  Being that the dog was not more than 35 lbs at that time, tough, rough, and buff Carla was able to easily perform this maneuver and quickly whisked Boom away.  There was not too much damage done to the little dog, as Carla swooped in to grab Boom and lifted him off his feet and he released.  Maybe she practiced that maneuver with him a few times?  I don't know but it was a very quick, stern, and methodical maneuver.  She whisked her pit bull dog out of the training area and disappeared.

The victim, just a normal dog, tan with white patches, was simply standing around and didn't see the threat coming.  At least a dozen people witnessed the attack, so Carla couldn't legitimately claim her pit bull was provoked, although she may have. I don't know.  I never went back to that K9 club.  I am a petite older woman and I didn't feel safe around dogs that are capable of such quick and explosive aggression.

CORRECTION: the second animal cruelty arrest appears to be her THIRD. this is her SECOND.

BRIGIT, you chose a real loser to defend.

according to the AKC, effective april 13, 2013 CARLA ANN THOMAS has been suspended for 15 years and fined $3000. (i'll need to consult with one of the AKC drones that i am cahoots with in order to understand what this means)

CARLA ANN THOMAS aka Ultimate K9 loves loves loves her dogs. you might even say that she lives for her dogs. and her dogs die for her. 

CARLA had a fly ball competition to go to, so on a friday afternoon, she left her akita in her pet food store, with a bowl of water, food, set the thermostat on 80 (yes eighty degrees, that is not a typo), pointed the fan at the dog and left him there for the weekend so she could play with her pit bulls. note, this occurred in st petersburg florida, the internet shows that the temp highs exceeded 80 that weekend. she returned to a dead dog and was charged with animal neglect and found guilty.

i love love love this video. THOMAS blames her landlord for turning off the AC, she said he has done it before. the landlord denied her accusation. but i am wondering, why would she leave her dog alone in her pet food store if her landlord has a history of cutting the power? and why on earth would she set the AC to 80º? her vet defends her stating "she loves her dogs, she loves them better than people." yeah, i'll bet she does, they always do! and i think it is cute how THOMAS talks to the media holding her mini pin rather than one of her many mutants. i don't think that was an accident. she was likely to get more sympathy with the public, you know, cuz it is so easy to hate pit bull owners. you can see a photo of all of her dogs here. wow, she must be another dog whisperer. akita, dogo, GSD, staffy bull, intact male pit bulls, mini pin and what is that... a pomeranian or a long haired chihuahua? yes, she must be the dog whisperer.

if you are set up to stream netflix movies, you can see CARLA ANN THOMAS at 43:00 putting her pit bull, JAEGER through the ATTS motions in the propaganda training film BEYOND THE MYTH. really LIBBEY, you couldn't find a NON criminal for this spot?

let's take a closer look at JAEGER, another impressively titled gripping dog.

Jaeger is ADBA and UKC registered.
He is an incredible athlete with extremely high drive. He loves to run, swim, jump, and retrieve. He opens and closes doors and refrigerators, and he will retrieve just about anything for you. He loves to bring you the remote and phone or pick up dropped keys, change, papers, etc.
He is 21 inches tall and weighs 58lbs.
in addition to a HERDING INSTINCT TITLE, he has been "safe dog" certified by the ADBA (another sham of a test) and received his CGC and ATTS. JAEGER also has flyball, weight pull, conformation, rally and agility titles and plays around with lure coursing and schutzhund, although no titles apparently, maybe he wouldn't release quick enough?. since he can open and close doors, he is a CERTIFIED SERVICE DOG. obviously. and what good is a pit bull if you can't take him AND his testicles to the hospital so he can snuggle with cancer patients? yep, he is a CERTIFIED THERAPY DOG!

THOMAS claims JAEGER passed his TD test at the age of 8 months, yet according to Therapy Dogs International, dogs must be at least one year of age and the "handler must be of good character." woops.

well, i was wrong. CARLA was not lying about JAEGER being in a reading program. she does take this thing and his testicles to read WITH kids! remember, this is a dog that CARLA freely admits she is not always in control of his drive.

CARLA ANN THOMAS throws a vest on this thing and takes him into the public so he can kiss children. a dog that she admits, she can NOT "turn his drive down or off". she is grossly misrepresenting her gripping dog to the public. and getting away with it.

Who will be the Austin TX Next Top Nutter?

In Austin TX, nutters are battling other nutters to outnutter each other in order to become Austin's top nutter.

Austin Animal Control is completely pit bull centric and has recently gone No Kill in a very big way.  Austin spent $12 million on a new, state-of-the-art animal control facility and is paying Austin Pets Alive!, a No Kill shelter, to run their shelter out of the old facility and take "overflow" from the city Animal Control.  Austin has become the largest no-kill city in the US.  They claim a 91% save rate. Yay!

The architects of the brand new No Kill Animal Services have broken down the kinds of pets they receive and try to adopt out, and they have found that 10% of those dogs are "large breed dogs with behavioral issues."  And they are determined to adopt more of these dogs out by sending them to Austin Pets Alive as their "overflow" where they have rehabilitation teams to deal with the "behavior issues."

"Ten percent of the animals on the euthanasia list was made up of large breed dogs with behavior problems. These dogs are the most expensive in terms of dollars, time, and expertise."  As a result of a concerted effort to adopt "large breed dogs with behavior problems," more of these dogs have been adopted out into the Austin community than ever before with plans to increase that number in the future:

"More and more of Austin's adult large breed dogs with behavior issues are adopted each year because of improved customer service, pet-matching practices, and behavior modification. That number is expected to increase as funds are raised to put facilities and expertise for handling those animals into place."

Just so we're all on the same page, take a look at the large breed dogs that are up for adoption at Austin Pets Alive!  These are the ones that will also have behavior issues.

Yep.  "Large breed dogs" is code for "pit bull."  And "behavior issues" is code for "traits that dogfighters bred for when they developed fighting pit bull dogs."

Just as an aside, why, when they have correctly IDed so many pit bulls, do they insist on calling a few pit bulls  pointer mixes?  Old habits?  They just can't help themselves?  It just feels so good to lie?  Maybe so when these dogs end up on the Austin "dangerous dog" map, they'll show up as pointers and german shepherds?  The following photos will help you visualize the pointer mix and the shepherd mix that are already on the map.

Dogsbite.org looked into Austin's dog bite records and discovered, unsurprisingly, that Austin Animal Services' new No Kill success adopting out "large breed dogs with behavior issues," coincided exactly with a 35% surge in reported dog bites.  Also, predictably, the most infamous "large breed with behavior issue" dog of all time, the pit bull, led the bite count, accounting for 22% of bites even though it represents 10% of the registered dog population.

Also unsurprising, Austin Animal Services attempted to create a deceptive report to rebut dogbite.org's findings.  Dogsbite.org sent a follow-up to the Austin City council, and this is how AAS's report was received by the Austin City Council:

Commissioner Rossmo - I've done my best to look at the data that was sent to us from Austin Animal Services…I would just have to say I wanted to warn other commissioners that…this is a very poor report…they have no idea how to do a trend line…bottom line is the relevant issue is what has happened since 2009.  Going back to 2000 only washes out data.  I just pulled some of my own figures off of my Iphone and the bottom line is Travis county's population went up 3.6% since 2009 and the number of bites went up 35% which is a 30% per capita rate which is quite significant…I'm very, very disappointed in this report which I think was designed to confuse - not help us make a proper decision…so I would urge you all to be very careful in looking at the report…

You couldn't find a more pit bull lovin' & promotin' organization than Austin Animal Services and their little buddy Austin Pets Alive! You'd also be hard pressed to find another organization so audaciously and brazenly contemptuous of the hand that feeds it. It takes major balls to take tax payers' money for the stated purpose of adopting out more large dogs with behavior problems back into those tax payers' neighborhoods, dismiss and deny an escalating dog bite problem in their community, try to deceive those tax payers, and then ask for more money from those same tax payers so they can achieve their stated goal of adopting out even more of those large breed dogs with behavior problems to their neighbors.  Conclusion: These are super nutters.

One day, he was training his dogs in a parking lot which he had ever so responsibly marked off with cones to indicate this was HIS piece of parking lot. Notice he cobbles together various signs to make it look as if he has a right to do this and cannot legally be disturbed.

And then, while he was ever so responsibly training his leashed pit bulls an unleashed, elderly, vicious lab mix launched a protracted attack on all three of his pit bulls.  And the lab's owner, instead of trying to stop his vicious lab, pulled one of his pit bulls away and began viciously hitting and kicking it for no reason.

Someone called 911, but the evil first responders ignored CHRISTOPHER 'i've-fallen-and-i-can't-get-up' GRANT who was lying on the ground with a lab bite having an asthma attack and screaming that he was having a heart attack just because people are prejudiced against pit bull owners, and went to treat the owner of the lab mix.

When Austin Animal Services came, they unjustly took his service dogs from him because they were pit bulls, but they did not take the attacking lab to put it in quarantine.  They just let it go!

Finally, with no evidence, the judge ordered the execution of three "well-trained, happy and peaceful family pets."  (In Texas, a judge can order vicious dogs be put down, and there is no clear avenue for an owner to appeal that order.)

I kid.  that is just the lie CHRISTOPHER 'despicable me' GRANT told.  And once he told that lie, bloggers blogged (including CINDY "the ladder" MARABITO), commenters commented, and petitioners petitioned all over the Nutter Universe.  And those super nutter folks at Austin Animal Services were catching hell for hating pits. Oh the irony.  Nutter Universe went batshit crazy and sent hundreds of death threats to AAS, the judge who ordered the mutants be put down, and the victim (of course) prompting Austin PD to increase patrols at the shelter and launch an investigation.

The pit loving' and promotin' AAS  issued statements explaining that the story that CHRISTOPHER 'pants on fire' GRANT told on the internet was a complete lie and that CHRISTOPHER 'shit for brains' GRANT had recanted most of the story when he went to court and spoke before the judge. AAS explained that the pit bulls were very, very, very aggressive and they and their owner had been very, very, very naughty all the while distancing themselves from the actual decision to euthanize the pitties.

The truth is the elderly lab mix was walking off lead, but under control of the owner and right beside his owner when CHRIS "evil-but-no-genius" GRANT's mutants, which were off lead, surrounded the elderly lab and launched a protracted and "coordinated attack." The lab's hind leg was degloved which ultimately necessitated amputation.

Nutter Universe stopped sending death threats, probably because they'd heard the police were investigating, but continued to insist everyone but the pit bull owner was lying and continued to type "Oh, the poor babies" ad nauseum on the dead pit bulls' SAVE THEM facebook page.  Blog posts with titles such as "Austin murders three harmless pit bulls" are still up gathering traffic for the Journal of Humanitarian Affairs website even though it turns out that these service pit bulls had launched a serious attack before attacking the lab in Austin.

Yes, keeping in mind the despicable lies the detestable CHRIS 'evil moron' GRANT told, and keeping in mind that he had his frankenmaulers OFF LEAD in public and keeping in mind that he had stuck service dog patches all over their harnesses, and keeping in mind his lie about the lab mix attacking his pit bulls, try to comprehend that CHRIS 'i-need-to-be-castrated-with-a-butter-knife" GRANT did all this after his pit bulls had viciously attacked another lab and put the lab's owner in the hospital having done serious damage to her ear less than a year before.  Yep.  Brooke Stewart is in the process of suing CHRIS 'garnish-my-wages-for-life' GRANT. Wish her well.

State Rep. EDDIE RODRIGUEZ read about CHRIS 'evil moron' GRANT's story and said to himself, "That's terrible…that guy got no chance to appeal the judge's order to have those mauling pit bulls euthanized."  Really.  That was was his take away from this horror show.

He could have looked at the carnage CHRIS 'walking clusterfuck' GRANT has wrought and publicly demanded that the full force of Lillian's law be brought to bear with certain jail time.  He could have decided to file a bill that penalizes people for fraudulently claiming their pets are service dogs.  He could have decided to file a bill that requires liability insurance on pit bulls and requires mandatory spay and neuter for pit bulls.  Instead, after reading this case, RODRIGUEZ is now set to file a bill that will make sure that the next CHRIS GRANT will be allowed to force the City of Austin to spend tax-payer money to fight an appeal to keep the mauling pit bulls in their neighborhood.

That takes a lot of nerve - this guy is elected, and he doesn't seem to care that he's allying himself with this guy:

It might be because EDDIE RODRIGUEZ is a founding board member for Austin Pets Alive!, the rescue whose stated goal is to adopt more large dogs with behavior problems into the community.  And it could be that he believes that no matter what he does, he's got the votes.  After all, in 2010 he was handily re-elected despite having been arrested for DWI a few months before the election.  Surprisingly, the charges were dropped after he spent the night in jail.

on july 9, the "dog" belonging to JADE JUHASZ and DANCIE MURREY jumped out of a car window and attacked a kid.

the "dog" was snatched up by JULIE LYLE after the charges were bumped from dangerous to vicious, that's when DANCIE flew into action and sounded the S.O.S. pittie is in trouble...



no one publicly responded to DANCIE'S plea for help.

on july 25, MURREY and JUHASZ tried to enlist the help of the toledo blade to fight the impending vicious dog designation against their now american bulldog. the comments devolve into mud slinging with JADE leaving the following:

on august 10, the yellow blade reported that DARCIE MURREY plead no contest for the unprovoked attack by her american bulldog.

Toledo Municipal Court Judge Michelle Wagner accepted a plea agreement in which Dancie Murrey pleaded no contest to the charge of failure to attempt to keep the dog under reasonable control, a second-degree misdemeanor that carried a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $750 fine.

She sentenced Ms. Murrey, who had no prior criminal record, to a 90-day suspended jail sentence, three years probation, and a $500 fine.

aaahhh, THERE it is! DANCIE took the fall for her fiance because she has a criminal record.

newark, nj: psychopathic pit nutter alert

i am always taken aback by the brazenness of lying pit nutters. i shouldn't be, but i am. i find it even more shocking that they continually get away with it. my latest stalking interest is dogforum.net. you probably remember them from a few days ago, they played a prominent role in my kids and pit bulls blog post. this all breed dog forum has quite the psycho in their midst. meet KATYDID and her 5 year old brindle amstaff SOPHIE.

katydid joined dogforum.net on feb 15th, and within 7 days she already made herself at home and felt comfortable enough to let it all hang out. KATYDID first established herself as a liar when she proclaimed that she would SWEAR that her brindle amstaff is a "beagle/maltese" if BSL came a knockin in her community. she also claimed SOPHIE was harmless and that she would have to throw her mutant at a mugger to protect her, adding that her mutant would probably wet herself. another 7 days pass and after an especially rough day on the trails (she broke a nail!) KATYDID confided in her fellow fur mommies about how her sweet wimpy mutant turned into cujo during their walk.

I've NEVER seen her like that before...everyones worst nightmare of an enraged pit bull. But the transformation-if you saw a field mouse turn into a fire breathing dragon...
it sounds like KATYDID is getting off on her mutant's transformation.

Some time ago a family member became deranged...the whole time he was going off and even up to the police arriving Sophie stayed hidden and frightened. If she had the hardwiring to protect us wouldn't she have gone off then???

This was just a tall young man, dark skinned, red jacket and hat. Just like other 70% of the young men we see every day...that she pays no attention to. At night she's gotten tweaky sometimes if someone steps out of a shadow or down a dark street but not like today. I've never seen her react so strongly to anything human or animal. Never a human certainly.

this is a textbook example of how psychopaths use (abuse) language, notice how she contradicts herself in the very next sentnece: "I've never seen her react so strongly to anything human or animal. Never a human certainly." it would probably take very little effort to get her to admit that SOPHIE has reacted strongly to humans prior to this incident.

She was almost frothing, no she had her rabies shots, but the barking and leaping and him kicking her and me trying to catch her. Did she see a threat I didn't see? Was she having a flashback? She'll leap upright from a sound sleep barking and confused sometimes.

But when I walked the opposite direction she stopped...and followed me...with her head over her shoulder the whole way back...then she dropped her head and tail like "Woooo, close one". If he had called the police...plan A we have connections that can get us out of serious grief or plan B I would've had to say he threatened me in some way and she was protecting me-law says if a dog is acting in the protection of a human it won't be condemned as a dangerous dog...

plan A and plan B are actually plan B and plan C. plan A was a dine & dash. when KATYDID couldn't control her mutant she decided to leave the scene. plans B and C were back up plans in the event the dine & dash failed.

after the other fur mommies chime in with excuses, rationalizations and justifications for SOPHIE'S uncharacteristic cujoesque behavior, KATYDID returns and adds a few more details.

I try to find gallows humor in what I can...you have to sometimes-while the guy was kicking at Sophie I got between them. He missed Sophie and kicked my hand...breaking my fake nail and real nail together owwwwww,.....fleeting thought just for a second there-" You broke my nail, okay then Soph have at him!

I really feel that way too, I don't think it's that I'm being overprotective of her, it was just so completely out of character for her. Even with all her fears she has never singled out a human like that. And there are unfortunately many people in our area who are often on the other side of the law...I really feel she was telling me something there. Still shaky about it...jeez

i suspect KATYDID did get a nice adrenaline rush from the scuffle, in fact she probably only walks her mutant in the hopes of alleviating her genetic predisposition to boredom.

one fur mommy has the the courage to disapprove of this nutter's willingness to perjure herself and accuse an innocent man of violence, although a meek disapproval, it was better than nothing.

As I said though, in this area the bad guys can well outnumber the good guys-look up crime rates for Newark NJ if you don't believe me-Sophie has to behave herself certainly but I feel grimly more secure knowing if it was a mugging...or carjacking...both which happen in broad daylight around here...that perhaps my girl would be doing more than wetting herself

so, i am tooling along doing my thing (you know, hatin') and SOMEHOW i end up at this facebook page. i can't even remember how i got there but i thought to myself, as long as i am here, i might as well take a look around. this is one of best friends pet projects so i just knew it wouldn't take long before i stumbled on some fodder for craven.

now i have been aware of the stubby dog project for some time. in fact, last summer i found a pit nutter brazenly lying on stubbydog.org about misrepresenting the breed to prince george county animal control and with what appears to be with the full knowledge and endorsement of animal control. you can imagine my glee when i saw this same lying pit nutter harassing a pit bull victim on facebook. i mean what are the chances? being killed by a falling coconut seems more likely.



obtw, after this nutter was exposed, i found her on facebook claiming to have moved to a county where pit bulls are not banned but that is also a lie. AND i found that the administrator of stubby dog removed the page harboring the confession. they are all in cahoots.
